Facility or Equipment needed	Description of use	Source and contact	Notes
Dark room	This is the setting used  for main sequence of our preliminary task	Available on site of filming, however will have to check if room availability beforehand.	Ideal time of day is mainly dependant on the weather, as a dull morning may provide a darker light however this time of day may affect the noise levels.
Mac (Computer)	Used for editing and adding all the necessary shots and takes together sufficiently.	Available on site, but will not be available on demand.	Will have to make the most of time available on the Mac's as time may be limited or scheduled.
Camera (Hand-Held)	Used for filming the necessary shots of the preliminary task.	Available upon asking, however there may be a limited battery life so may have to obtain more than one.	We found that one camera will be suitable to gain the necessary shots.
Corridor	Used for the main sequence of the preliminary task. Character 1 walks down corridor.	Available on site of filming, but an appropriate time of day will needed to be found to ensure maximum quality of sound	Suitable time of day is after 2.50pm as the corridor is the most quiet at this time.
Park (Cheam park)	Used for final shot of the preliminary sequence	Available off site: Tudor Close Cheam SM3 8AN	Dependant on weather, brightness, temperature, noise. This shot will be taken last as the forecast suggests ideal weather conditions. Also a bench will be needed for the final shot.
